Spa Day at Banya 5

During the winter months, the Seattle Men's Center  invites men of all ages to come relax the mind, invigorate the senses and nourish the body, at the Banya 5 Spa downtown. The Banya 5 is a Russian spa who's crown jewel is a 240 degree dry sauna that promises to detoxify every cell in your body ... and if that doesn't do the trick, then the cold plunge will! You can even get a massage or a salt scrub while you're there.

Cost is $35 for the day - or five men can split a punch card for $140. That means you pay only $28 each (or someone gets in free :) The Banys 5 is a co-ed facility, so make sure and bring a swimsuit. That's all you need. Lockers, towels and sandals are all provided.

Doors open at 10:00 AM. Sunday is a busy day at the Banya, so plan on arriving early to get in (40 person capacity). Once you're cooked, you can enjoy the rest of your day with family and friends ... or join us for lunch at one of the local hangouts. It's a great way to end one month and begin another ...
